Return Policy

Our policy is as follows: An UNCONDITIONAL 2 day return privilege for a full refund via company check. No reason needs to be given for this 2 day return privilege. All you need to do is notify us within 2 days of receiving the item and let us know that you are returning it.  For example, if you receive the item on a Friday, you must notify us on Sunday.  You have an additional 12 days to have the item looked at by another appraiser if you wish and you MUST notify us within 2 days of receiving it if you are having it appraised OR you will receive store credit only. Design alterations or customizing an item will void the return privilege. If the item turns out not to be as represented, you may return it for the same full refund as described above. Our only requirement is that the item be appraised by a graduate gemologist from the G.I.A. and that the second opinion differs in a meaningful way. A copy of the appraiser’s appraisal must be sent to us before we will agree to the refund. The item must be returned within 1 week of the agreed return date and in the same condition as when sent.

Store Credit

After the return privilege has expired, any item purchased from us may be returned for a full store credit as long as it is back in our possession within 30 days of purchase and is in the same condition as when received. The store credit has no time limitation and may be used for whatever purchase you choose..
