Valerie spent over 2 hours with me going through a huge selection of breathtakingly beautiful estate engagement rings. She was extremely knowledgeable about the each ring and so helpful when I was having difficulty choosing my final ring. I also want to thank the owners who helped us so much with the cost of the ring. It was much over our budget and we were unsure if we should consider buying our second choice ring because it was less expensive. The owner came over and managed to bring the cost down to something we could manage. We were overjoyed! Really I just felt so comfortable and at home here! “On a day in Feb. when the temperature outside our home was - 28 and our inside temp wouldn't rise above 61 my husband decided he wanted to buy me a piece of jewelry, " just because." We found Gesner's online. We had never purchased jewelry outside of a brick and stone shop and I admit I was worried. Needlessly as it turned out. I love the piece we purchased and was delighted with the personal attention. When I sent a question Frank Gesner called me the next day to answer. And he did not rub it in that he was in sunny Florida while I was in the frozen north:). Everything Gesner's said they would do they did. And this is NOT common no matter that it should be. We will most certainly shop with them again. Though the next time I hope it is a Feb. when I can actually visit their brick and mortar shop.”
