Return Policy

Our policy is as follows: An UNCONDITIONAL 2 day return privilege for a full refund. No reason needs to be given for this 2 day return privilege. All you need to do is notify us within 2 days of receiving it and let us know that you are returning it. You have an additional 12 days to have the ring looked at by another appraiser if you wish and if the ring turns out not to be as represented, you may return it for the same full refund as described above. Design alterations or customizing an item will void the return privilege. The only requirement is that the ring be appraised by a graduate gemologist from the G.I.A and that the second opinion differ in a meaningful way. A copy of his or her appraisal must be sent to us before we will agree to the refund and whether being returned under the 2 day unconditional policy or the additional 12 day appraisal privilege, the ring must be returned promptly and in the same condition as when sent.

Store Credit

After the 14 day return privileges have expired, any item purchased from us may be returned for a full store credit as long as it is back in our possession within 30 days of purchase and is in the same condition as when received. The store credit has no time limitation and may be used for what ever purchase you choose.

Layaway Purchases

Layaway purchases may be canceled at anytime within the first 2 days of the agreement to purchase. The agreement to purchase starts when the 1st layaway payment is made, and after that 2 day period only store credit will be issued.
