It is an exceptionally well-made 14K Rose Gold Late Victorian Seed Pearl Antique Bangle Bracelet. It features one row of 1mm Round, Lightly Spotted and Off-White Seed Pearls. We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent craftsmanship of this bangle bracelet!
